Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Precise Sensor Inc 9112-60000 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Racal-dana-Instruments products, including obsoleted and phased-out Raytek parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Scientific-Technologies product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Racal-dana-Instruments such as the 111540 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 192452 manufactured by Raytek and we are pleased to be able to service most Raytek systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MS4340BX by Manufacturer Scientific-Technologies as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Rosemount Brand 00079032520050068P11N00N060 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Schneider such as SC956A8C0 equipment made by Schneider have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schneider products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schneider" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available C129614 made by Rockwell as well as the popular CLSM original spares produced by Rice-Lake

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A9572150201 by Reneshaw and SC956A8C0 spares by Schneider are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 318AB2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Robertshaw.
